Welcome to All City Ice Cream, a provider of ice cream catering services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which govern all aspects of your use of our website and your use of our services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us. Definitions: "Our website" refers to All City Ice Cream. "Our services" refers to our ice cream catering services, which include the delivery of ice cream products to your event. "Order" refers to a request for our services made by a customer through our website. "Customer" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses our website or places an order for our services. Ordering and Payment: To place an order for our services, you must complete the online order form on our website, which includes all necessary information about your event, such as date, time, and location. Payment for our services can be made online or in person. If you choose to pay in person, you must pay immediately after the scheduled event finishes in the form of Credit Card or Cash unless other arrangements are made and finalized in writing. Our website will provide an estimated total cost for your order, which includes service & delivery fees. The final total may vary based on actual quantities consumed and any additional services requested. A 5% Fee will be charged for all late payments unless agreed upon in advance of service. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to, unavailability of products or services, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, or inability to deliver to the requested location. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to change the vehicle for any reason. Product Information: Our ice cream products are made in factories that contain nut products. Our website provides information about our products and their ingredients, but All City Ice Cream cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date and error-free. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all product information before placing an order. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to modify our product offerings and prices at any time without prior notice. Refunds and Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at orders@allcityicecream.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but All City Ice Cream reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of $125.00 if you cancel your order within 24 hours of the scheduled event. No refunds will be provided for any portion of our services that has been consumed or that has been provided as requested by the customer. In the event of any product defects or quality issues, All City Ice Cream will make every effort to resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction, which may include providing a replacement or a refund. Delivery, Set-Up and Service: Our services include delivery of ice cream products to your event, set-up (if needed), and service of the product to the customer. Our website provides information about our delivery and service fees and options, which vary based on the location and size of your event. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to modify our delivery and service fees and options at any time without prior notice. The customer is responsible for providing adequate and accessible parking and entry to the event location for our delivery vehicle. All City Ice Cream shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from our delivery, set-up, or service to the customer and their associates.
