After moving to Tacoma, WA in 2005 I, John Gore, the owner of All City Ice Cream, built an Ice Cream Truck with the purpose of spending a summer selling treats to neighborhood kids. It only took a few days to realize that being the “Ice Cream Man” was one of the most enriching experience of my life. I never would have thought that a frozen treat would make so many people happy. And seeing the smiles and hearing the stories of many customers reliving the memories of their past ice cream experiences, made me a firm believer that there is a kid inside of all of us waiting for another lick of ice cream. From those days forward I began to make it my mission to introduce others into the world of Ice Cream. That dream has become a reality. "Our services" refers to our ice cream catering services, which include the delivery of ice cream products to your event. "Order" refers to a request for our services made by a customer through our website. "Customer" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses our website or places an order for our services. Ordering and Payment: To place an order for our services, you must complete the online order form on our website, which includes all necessary information about your event, such as date, time, and location. Payment for our services can be made online or in person. If you choose to pay in person, you must pay immediately after the scheduled event finishes in the form of Credit Card or Cash unless other arrangements are made and finalized in writing. Our website will provide an estimated total cost for your order, which includes service & delivery fees. The final total may vary based on additional quantities consumed and any additional services requested. The "Service Fee" covers Administrative, Payment Processing and Transportation Costs. In short form, “The service charge helps us sustain our commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences". A 5% Fee will be charged for all late payments unless agreed upon in advance of service and confirmed in writing. All City Ice Cream may, with discretion, charge a $75 "Last Minute Fee" on orders placed within 24 hours of requested service time. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to, unavailability of products or services, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, or inability to deliver to the requested location. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to change the vehicle, ice cream cart, frozen drink or soft serve machine for any reason. Product Information: Our ice cream products are made in factories that may contain nut products. Our website provides information about our products and their ingredients, but All City Ice Cream cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date and error-free. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all product information before placing an order. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to modify our product offerings and prices at any time without prior notice. Refunds and Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at orders@allcityicecream.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but All City Ice Cream reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of $140.00 if you cancel your order within 72 hours of the scheduled event. After arival, No refunds will be provided for any portion of our products and services that is outlined in the Customer's Order. In the event of any product defects or quality issues, All City Ice Cream will make every effort to resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction, which may include providing a replacement or a refund. Delivery, Set-Up and Service: Our services include delivery of ice cream products to your event, set-up (if needed), and service of the product to the customer. The customer is responsible for providing adequate and accessible parking and entry to the event location for our delivery vehicle.
