The final total may vary based on additional quantities consumed and any additional services requested. The "Service Fee" covers Administrative, Payment Processing and Transportation Costs. In short form, “The service charge helps us sustain our commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences". A 5% Fee will be charged for all late payments unless agreed upon in advance of service and confirmed in writing. All City Ice Cream may, with discretion, charge a $75 "Last Minute Fee" on orders placed within 24 hours of requested service time. All City Ice Cream reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to, unavailability of products or services, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, or inability to deliver to the requested location.
